Larry Hancock is a retired CAT scan technologist for a V.A.  Medical Center.  Larry and his wife Holly have been married 15 years and attend Central Bible Baptist Church in Cleveland Hts., Ohio.  Larry serves on the Deacon Board and coordinates the men’s ministry “Men in Christ”. He has a passion for serving.  Larry and Holly have 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

Vice Chairman

Elder Mike Rollins was born in Cleveland, Ohio.  He is the eldest of three siblings.  Mike graduated from the Cleveland public school system in 1971. In 2000, through the witness of his late mother- in- law, Mike received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.  It was her Holy life, encouragement, support and daily teaching that prompted Mike to pursue full-time ministry. Following God’s call, he enrolled at Moody Bible Institute in 2011.  Mike holds a degree in private investigation and security. Over the years, Mike has served with the Church of God in Christ, in a variety of state and national positions.  On October 1, 2016 Mike was installed as the third Pastor at Greater Mt. Olivet Church of God In Christ, Cleveland, Ohio. Mike and Diane have been married 44 years.  Their daughter Sharese is married to Robert Wallace Jr.  They are the proud grandparents of four precious grandchildren.


John Black has lived in Cleveland Heights all his life. After earning B.A. degrees in International Business, Economics and Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University, he started his career in accounting, working for an big 8 certified public accounting firm on the audit staff. John then joined his father’s international trade / export management firm, traveling the world for more than 25 years. He also started his own manufacturing company. John then returned to his accounting roots and started consulting small businesses on software and accounting issues, and became a CFO for a number of companies. He has served on the Board of Trustees for a number of non-profits, and has served as the first youth elder in his former church. John has been married 32 years and he and his wife have a grown daughter. He is a member of Parkside Church.


Peter Dalenberg is from New Jersey and grew up in a Christian home.  He received Jesus as Lord and Savior as a child.  He spent three years in the Army, one of which was in Vietnam.  He is a Purple Heart recipient.

In 1972, he and his wife joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ, working at their California headquarters.  He served as Director of the Mail Systems Department processing donations received for headquarters staff and those serving around the world.

In 1986, Peter and his family moved to Agoura Hills, California, where he joined the staff of Joni and Friends, a nonprofit Christian disability ministry headed by Joni Eareckson Tada. He started as Office Manager and later was in charge of data and donor maintenance.

Peter and his wife Dorothy have two children, Gregory and Kimberly. They also have two grandchildren.

Bart Dorsey and Diann his wife, have been married 42 years with 3 children and 10 grandchildren. Bart pastored a church in Cleveland for 18 years.  He has been preaching and teaching the word of God for 38 years and is currently enjoying his call as marriage counselor at a church in Cleveland Heights. Bart graduated from J.F. Kennedy High School, Cleveland, Ohio.  He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and an instructor with the Moody Distance Learning program.  Bart is an Associate Minister at his home church, Central Bible Baptist Church in Cleveland Heights.

Esley Patsch (Sep 23)
Emeritus Founder

Esley Patsch is the founder of Summit Chaplain Service’s dba The Way Out Prison Ministry.  He earned a B.A. degree in education from the University of Akron and completed postgraduate studies in communications at Kent State University.  He graduated from Advanced Officer Training and was a commissioned officer in the US Army Adjutant General Corps.  He has also trained with the Ohio Peace Officer Training Association and the Good News Jail and Prison Ministry.   Esley and his wife, Christine, have three sons and four grandchildren. They are charter members of Maranatha Bible Church in Akron, Ohio.

Steve Sigetic has been volunteering with TWOPM for 5 years. He sings and plays guitar with the worship team, Offering Hope in Cuyahoga and Lorain County facilities.
Steve and his wife Debi attend Cornerstone Community Church in Mayfield Heights where they were founding members 34 years ago. Steve continues to minister on the Praise Team at Cornerstone.
Steve has worked 40 years in the commercial construction and continues as a Superintendent for Turner Construction.  In his spare time he spends as much of it as he can with his four grandchildren.
