Paul Vdakakes

Paul Vdakakes is from Chicago, Illinois.  He was raised going to church with his mom.  After graduating high school in 1986 and joining the military, Paul soon found out his foundation in Christ was built on sand.  He struggled for many years with fear, guilt and doubts.  The illness of ALS his mom endured and eventual passing challenged whatever faith he had.  But, God showed Himself faithful through it all!  Not too long after moving to Cleveland and attending Cornerstone Community Church in 1997, Paul was asked to volunteer in prison ministry with Chaplain John Sivillo.  It was there while serving in ministry that Paul’s head knowledge of Christ went into his heart.  By God’s grace and mercy Paul continues to be transformed in Christlikeness.  Paul and his wife Becky have been married for 26 years and have an adult daughter.  Paul is a Marine Corps veteran and currently serves as Chaplain for Euclid Post #343 of the American Legion.
